I called Nihad as I had been hacked on my laptop. He was there in an hour and spent 4 hours yesterday and 4 hours with me today sorting everything out. Nihad has the patience of a saint as my IT skills are very basic. He has not only solved my very distressing issues but has also educated me with some of my processes. They invited me to come in during business hours the following day, and I was made to feel very welcome upon arrival.
I was greeted warmly and professionally by Nihad and immediately felt comfortable visiting the office. All of my options were explained clearly and thoroughly, without any pressure to commit to a service. He was genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand.
As someone who isn\u2019t very tech-savvy, I especially appreciated Nihad taking the time to set things up on my laptop and make sure everything was working properly. His patience and willingness to help really stood out.
